About Me

Since October 2024, I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Management Sciences of Catholic University of Milan (website). Prior to this, I held several academic positions:

• From October 2022 to September 2024 I was Associate Professor in Management and Marketing at eCampus University.
• From May to September 2022, I was appointed as Senior Assistant Professor at the University of Catania. Earlier in 2022, from February to May, I served as Junior Assistant Professor at the same institution.
• From May 2021 to February 2022, I was a Junior Assistant Professor at Roma Tre University, where I also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher from February 2018 to February 2021.
• My academic journey began as Ph.D. student at Sapienza University of Rome, where I studied Management, Banking and Commodity Sciences from August 2014 to September 2017

Research Interests

My research interests focuses on Innovation and Technology Management, Sustainability, and Knowledge Management. I am also interested in Entrepreneurship and Open Innovation.

Throughout my academic career, I have had the privilege of serving as a Visiting Professor and Visiting Researcher at several prestigious institutions around the world, including:
