About Me

Since October 2024, I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Management Sciences of Catholic University of Milan (website).
Since September 2025, I also hold a Visiting Professorship at Bayes Business School, Faculty of Management, City University of London.
Moreover, I collaborate closely with the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO, United Nations, Turin) ([website]) (https://www.itcilo.org/it) on the governance and organisational implications of embodied AI and robotics. Prior to this, I held several academic positions:

  • From October 2022 to September 2024 I was Associate Professor in Management and Marketing at eCampus University.
  • From February to October 2022, I held positions as Researcher and Assistant Professor at the University of Catania.
  • From February 2018 to January 2022, I was Postdoctoral Researcher and Researcher at Roma Tre University.
  • I earned my PhD in Management, Banking and Commodity Sciences at Sapienza University of Rome (2014–2017).

Research Interests

My research focuses on AI adoption, knowledge management, digital transformation, and international business.
